Port Gibbon The Knob s558 camps 4

The Knob
View from Bedrom

We left Port Augusta this morning after sayin our hoo roos to Brian and Lis and headed towards Whyalla where we hit the rain or should i say the aftermath of a heavy storm at one stage hitting a huge puddle across the rd that felt like we were in a submarine
as our vision with wipers running flat out was blurred for for some seconds making Ned grab the holy cow handles.
We may stay here another night will determine that in the morning see what the weather does as at the moment it's blowing and has been raining if it keeps raining we are out of here as the rd is pretty muddy and slippery to say the least but I'm up to the challenge I think

  1. Not a lot of fun when the weather is lousy, Get around the other side of the Penninsula and things may improve. The weather is beautiful here
